"When I started to train with Jeff, I was overweight, lethargic, and full of excuses as to why I wasn’t in better shape (too busy, too tired, etc).  I’ve been to the gym and participated in sports off and on for years with little to show for it. 
Meeting Jeff was like a revelation.  What I particularly like about Jeff is that he looked at me as a whole person as opposed to just giving me some exercises and counting the reps and sets.  We talked about my lifestyle, diet, and fitness goals and he gave me sound advice and encouragement without ever sounding pushy or condescending.  With his guidance and support, I am in better shape now than I have ever been in my whole life.
